What a great team of professionals, once you talk to them you can't help but feel you have been helped by someone who really cares about YOUR needs. They're very knowledgeable about the industry after all they have been doing what they love for many years. It was so scary to get into the accident, nerves shot, and confused what to do next, but I found it very comforting and calming after they took the time to put me at ease. They explained my repairs and the estimated time it would take. They also understood I didn't have a lot of time spend there, so they got me in and out as soon as possible, even helped with calling the rental car company. I will always recommend them to my friends and family as I have been for the last 12 years. See once your a customer, you will always be a part of their family. Grove Body Shop is superb. I have had the privileged of using them both professionally and personally for several years now. I have been a Farmers Insurance agent for over 30 years, and they have made my job so much easier. I recommend everyone to them. It is very nice to be able to have accessibility to companies that I know will give excellent service. That is why people have insurance, in order to get great service. When dealing with an auto accident, clients are usually in crisis mode, but I know it will go smoothly for them when I send them to Grove Body Shop. I have never had a negative experience, with my own car or my clients' cars. If there is a problem they will make it right immediately. Many times they have far surpassed my expectations in regards to customer service. They handle all situations excellently. Grove Body Shop is very pro-active. What is wonderful about their service, and imperative when it comes to customers, is that they really keep the customer in the loop. When I came in to Grove Body Shop they greeted me right away, gave me an estimate of what it would cost and how long it would take, and then got me a rental car. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Their facility is spotless, which really shows that the work they do is important for them. They show they care about how everything looks. You could shop around for prices, but I don't think anyone is cheaper, and the quality of work is certainly above the price. The experience was very positive and I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. I felt they cared about getting me the best price and so I have recommended it to a lot of people. more

They are awesome. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure the quote on your car is accurate and the service is done in a timely manner. Your car looks like it is brand new. They clean, vacuum and wash your car before you pick it up. Fantastic Family owned business. more

Grove Body Shop has extremely good service and workmanship. I was in a rear end collision and took my car here for repairs. The staff was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and they were also able to deal directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I picked up my car it looked perfect! I highly recommend this repair shop more

Family own business since 1976. They are expert in collision repair and undetectable color matching. They repaired our car that was in an accident, we could not believe it was the same car we took in! The shop was very clean and the owner are were very professional, and very fair in their prices. Not once did you feel that they were trying to gouge you! I would recommend them to anyone! more
