Yesterday, my husband and I stopped into this dealership in order to look at a cash truck that they had posted on their website. We had been speaking to a salesman all week about it and when we called for him, he was not in, so we had to speak to another salesman. Mind you, we are from across the state and were interested in buying this truck. Yesterday morning, we had received confirmation from the other salesman that truck was in fact still for sale. When we had some time to stop by on a break while in the area, we could not find a salesman. The cars they have are so compacted in and they have so many, that easy maneuverability around the dealership is not possible. We went into a little trailer outside and they called the original salesman that we had spoken to and they also told us that the truck had been sold. We of course were furious, because we drove all that ways and found that info out. When we were standing outside waiting for a salesman, we had a stranger tell us to beware of this dealership and to never give your SS # out to them. Then a salesman asked ""are you looking for (name)? I am (name) and I will be helping you, he (the original salesman) is not able to help you right now"". Coincidentally, him ""not being able to help me"" occurred after a dozen or more pizzas were delivered and I saw many sales persons head to the office where the pizza had been delivered to. What sheer lack of customer service and respect! The new salesman asked if there was another truck we wanted and what our price range was. We told him we will not pay about (number) and we showed him another truck. He said ""well I can tell you now that this truck is over your price range but we can see what we have, do you HAVE to have that engine type?"" My husband said ""yes"". We told him we were not interested in anything else and it was tacky of them to sell the vehicle that we had been talking to a salesman about all week, then we left. We drove all that ways to find out that the truck that we wanted had been sold and then they tried to show us what we did NOT want. I have been to many bad dealerships before, but this one takes the cake! more

Please, for the sake of your family, finances and general welfare, do not buy a car from Greenville Chrysler. \r \r Have you noticed that all the 'positive' reviews of Greenville Chrysler are from people with ""[simple name][number]""? Kinda strange that all those 'positive' reviews would choose the exact same format for their usernames... fake much?\r \r I spent two days negotiating a price for a car over the phone. I was under the impression that it was simply a used car. Turned out to be a buy back --i.e. a Lemon. I was told by the salesman that I was approved for financing at a rate lower than my bank s. I arrived to find that he had not even run my credit with my wife s. Turned out the car did not even have a CarFax, and the resale value would be roughly 20% below normal because of it. I wasted two days with Greenville Chrysler, plus two hours round trip, and three hours at the dealership. Luckily, I avoided buying the car. \r \r Buyer beware. I m sure Greenville Chrysler sells many cars without the deceptive trade practices that I experienced, but given the explanation from the salesman that he has 300 cars on his lot just like the one we were trying to buy, I would be very careful about the vehicle you purchase from Greenville Chrysler. Is the price worth the risk? What will the car be worth when you want to resell it? Are they just trying to get you in the door? It doesn t make sense in my case, but if you have been harmed by the business practices of Greenville Chrysler, contact the Better Business Bureau or consult an attorney. Hold them accountable for their actions. more

Crap 5/19/2012

I wish I had something decent to say. I was told by the salesman, his manager, and the finance manager I was making a good choice in vehicle. The engine then blew less than 300 miles later. I called them within 10 days of purchase, and all they did was blow me off and make i seem like it was my fault. They lied about the condition of the vehicle to make a sale, now I am bout an additional 4 thousand to get it fixed. more

Good cars, but terrible service as their sales people are trained to answer in half truths and will nickel and dime you once you are out the door and things are not what they seemed. \r Just bought a vehicle from them and at the time of purchase I specifically asked if both keys were available (they buy cars on auction and sometimes these are missing the 2nd key, manuals, mats, etc), the sales consultant confirmed they had the 2nd key. However when I received the car only one key was delivered, after one week of stalling me they called me and said they never promised me a second key in writing during the negotiation process so they didn’t owe me anything. The manager mentioned that whatever was missing I had to negotiate and agree in writing at time of purchase. They clearly misled me in the half-truth answers they provided. It left an otherwise good buying experience with a very sour taste. Also, buyers beware they install a cheap anti-theft device on every car and use it as a $195.00 up-sell gimmick in order to charge or drive the price of the vehicle up during negotiation. A tip, if you are going to purchase a car from these guys, get this off the table from the get-go.\r more

I need to let everyone know how wonderful this service department is. I lost my keys on Friday to my Town and Country and to my surprise I didn’t even have my spare. Jose called a tow truck for me, eased my frustration and had my truck back that very afternoon… he showed true concern and professionalism. more

We looked all over dallas and all over plano area for a pre-owned town and country and finally went to Greenville where we got the great family customer service and a vehicle that was literally like new, no stains scratches, or scuffs and cheaper than the other dealers we went to. We were in the market for my son’s first car. I went to Greenville Chrysler Jeep and talked to the sales manager for a minute ttold him what we were looking for and in 3 hours we were out of there my son really liked the 2009 Dodge Magnum so we got a great deal and a payment that’s very affordable so when he’s able to make his own payments it will be easier for him. Glad we came here got a great deal and the process was easier than any other time I’ve ever bought my cars. more

Great cars, great service, its very family oriented. Everyone there is smiling on the time and greeting everyone. We just got my truck a 2008 Dodge Ram. I had gone a couple months ago but I wasn’t quite ready to buy so I stayed in contact with adam, and he delivered everything that was promised. I didn’t ask for anything free, he was upfront with me, didn’t overpromise and everything I asked for I got. more

2010 Sebring limited edition 7/11/2010

Although I have never really been a Chrysler fan per se, I can’t express what a great buying experience that I recently had at Greenville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I am so in love with my 2010 “brilliant black” Sebring Limited Edition and I got an unbelievable deal on it. The people at Greenville Chrysler seem to have an endless sense of enthusiasm and sense of purpose more than at GM and Ford dealerships that I have been to in the past. I’m glad that there are still good dealerships around that carry American made cars and the team at Grenville couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! more

There is nothing bad I can say about Bonham Chrysler, from their professional sales team to their excellent customer service, tremendous job! My husband and I recommend Bonham to all of our friends and family. We just bought a brand new Chrysler Town and Country 2010 at Bonham Chrysler, this is probably the best experience we have ever made with a car dealership. It has the full bells and whisltles and our kids are loving it. They can watch whatever they want while we?re on the road and we don?t hear a peep out of them. Its like having a baby sitter for them on the road! Hehehe The customer service was outstanding, the price was more than fair, and now we can travel in the comfort of our own vehicle. Zachary was more than helpful throughout our process and got our paperwork done in a timely manner. Superb service. My sister recommended that we go there and see Steve who sold her Avenger. I went just to look because I was going to be in that area anyway, but I didn't think I would end up leaving in a brand new Town and Country! This van is incredible and I love how we were treated! Greenville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Just bought a new car from them. I got a Chrysler PT Cruiser and it is an excellent car….lots of room and a great ride. I wanted a new car, but was dreading the process of buying one…you know what I mean. But the guys at Greenville Chrysler were cool and made it a happy experience. Not a lot of pressure and not a lot of hassle. Just made the whole thing easy. If you need a new car…you really gotta check them out! Pros: good deals Cons: not any more
