Good cars, but terrible service as their sales people are trained to answer in half truths and will nickel and dime you once you are out the door and things are not what they seemed. \r
Just bought a vehicle from them and at the time of purchase I specifically asked if both keys were available (they buy cars on auction and sometimes these are missing the 2nd key, manuals, mats, etc), the sales consultant confirmed they had the 2nd key. However when I received the car only one key was delivered, after one week of stalling me they called me and said they never promised me a second key in writing during the negotiation process so they didn’t owe me anything. The manager mentioned that whatever was missing I had to negotiate and agree in writing at time of purchase. They clearly misled me in the half-truth answers they provided. It left an otherwise good buying experience with a very sour taste. Also, buyers beware they install a cheap anti-theft device on every car and use it as a $195.00 up-sell gimmick in order to charge or drive the price of the vehicle up during negotiation. A tip, if you are going to purchase a car from these guys, get this off the table from the get-go.\r
