Review content:
Yesterday, my husband and I stopped into this dealership in order to look at a cash truck that they had posted on their website. We had been speaking to a salesman all week about it and when we called for him, he was not in, so we had to speak to another salesman. Mind you, we are from across the state and were interested in buying this truck. Yesterday morning, we had received confirmation from the other salesman that truck was in fact still for sale. When we had some time to stop by on a break while in the area, we could not find a salesman. The cars they have are so compacted in and they have so many, that easy maneuverability around the dealership is not possible. We went into a little trailer outside and they called the original salesman that we had spoken to and they also told us that the truck had been sold. We of course were furious, because we drove all that ways and found that info out. When we were standing outside waiting for a salesman, we had a stranger tell us to beware of this dealership and to never give your SS # out to them. Then a salesman asked ""are you looking for (name)? I am (name) and I will be helping you, he (the original salesman) is not able to help you right now"". Coincidentally, him ""not being able to help me"" occurred after a dozen or more pizzas were delivered and I saw many sales persons head to the office where the pizza had been delivered to. What sheer lack of customer service and respect! The new salesman asked if there was another truck we wanted and what our price range was. We told him we will not pay about (number) and we showed him another truck. He said ""well I can tell you now that this truck is over your price range but we can see what we have, do you HAVE to have that engine type?"" My husband said ""yes"". We told him we were not interested in anything else and it was tacky of them to sell the vehicle that we had been talking to a salesman about all week, then we left. We drove all that ways to find out that the truck that we wanted had been sold and then they tried to show us what we did NOT want. I have been to many bad dealerships before, but this one takes the cake!
