Well, nearly about four weeks prior to the move, I had three movers look over my possessions to be moved. They provided an online quote after examining the moving stuffs. But somehow I decided to put my trust on Green Van Lines since they were professional and offered me a binding quote, which meant that the price would not go any further. Besides, I found them pretty caring. The agent explained me the whole moving process and the steps which I would need to follow to make it a successful moving affair. \r \r When the moving day arrived, a representative from Green Van Lines called me up to let me know about their arrival. The crew arrived on time with a full sized moving truck. They first checked out the items to be packed and moved and laid down a protective cover on the floor to ensure that the floors don’t get scratched or nicked off. It took just 3 hours or so to pack the entire thing followed by loading on the fleet. They unloaded the belonging to my new destination pretty safely. They didn’t wash off their hands only by moving in, they managed to find their time out in reassembling the bed and help move a few items into the specific rooms where I wanted them to be placed. \r \r Overall, I was pleased with the service offered by Green Van\r Lines. I know Green Van Lines got great reviews from others, which is one of the reasons we chose them. However, we are very disappointed with the administrative service we received. They claimed to price match but then refused to budge on price, claiming that the other companies didn't compare to them when in fact their service turned out to be similar. Pick up of our goods went fine, just as promised. Delivery guy was fine, but the circumstances were not. They promised to deliver within a week and a half and they were late, so we had to sleep on the floor with none of our stuff for days. They promised our stuff would be delivered in their vehicle by trained professionals. Our stuff arrived in another company's van and the driver called us to see if we knew anyone who could help him move our stuff. Very unprofessional! Also, we had one broken item, but that's not a huge deal. This created way more stress and headaches than it was worth. We do not recommend Green Van Lines. more

I do not normally post reviews but this time I will make an exception. I found these guys because of their reviews and I decided to leave one. My experience using Green Van Lines is amazing. From start to finish I have nothing to complaint about. They are on time handling everything with extreme care and they deserve their good ratings. My move was only 900 miles apart but it is still very hard to find someone that you can trust. Green van lines movers were a good choice to perform our relocation.
