I know Green Van Lines got great reviews from others, which is one of the reasons we chose them. However, we are very disappointed with the administrative service we received. They claimed to price match but then refused to budge on price, claiming that the other companies didn't compare to them when in fact their service turned out to be similar. Pick up of our goods went fine, just as promised. Delivery guy was fine, but the circumstances were not. They promised to deliver within a week and a half and they were late, so we had to sleep on the floor with none of our stuff for days. They promised our stuff would be delivered in their vehicle by trained professionals. Our stuff arrived in another company's van and the driver called us to see if we knew anyone who could help him move our stuff. Very unprofessional! Also, we had one broken item, but that's not a huge deal. This created way more stress and headaches than it was worth. We do not recommend Green Van Lines.
