My first move was from San Leandro, California to Austin, Texas and this moving company that helped me reach safely to my residence in Austin was outstanding. My last move was approximately 6 years ago and the company I used before do not perform moves in this area. Hence I needed to find a reputable and reliable company that performs moves from Austin. I started some online research work to identify the moving company that will be able to meet my expectations. I also read some moving reviews, but did not find a single mover having zero negative reviews. For some moving companies it was only negative for some it was a combination of mixed reviews. After all of my research I selected Green Van Lines because they were an eco-friendly moving company and because I felt most comfortable with their customer service/online feedback from their previous customers. My sales rep Arthur was very gentle and patient with me while I was asking tons of questions about my move. He explained everything necessary to make my move successful and hassle free. Although I have moved in the past and know how to get prepared on my own his advice made my preparations even more hassle free. Arthurs was great, he was polite and knowledgeable, and he knew what was required to get done in order to make my move simple and stress free. I was quoted $2467 based on the inventory list I described to Arthur. It was an over the phone estimate and he said that it was a binding estimate.
