I have been to the Greek Cusina many times, and have only had one bad experience there. It was with a rude waiter, and I never encountered him before or since, so suspect he was not there long. That aside, all my meals there have been quite enjoyable, with good food, reasonable portions, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly, professional waitstaff. My food and drinks have always been delivered promptly, though I have waited as long as 25 minutes during very busy times; I have never had any problems with my order being incorrect or not fresh. I cannot speak to the authenticity of the food or the quality of their breakfasts (I'll have to try them), but I can say that it has always met or exceeded my expectations for the mid-range price, and is the reason I keep going back. That, and their wonderful dessert menu. At peak hours, particularly, the waitstaff is very attentive, and I have frequently received service from several people over the course of a meal. I have never had to wait for ""my waiter"" when I wanted anything, other staff are more than happy to bring whatever is needed, including the assigned waiter when an additional order is desired. To be frank, the level of service can be distracting, as staff can be a bit over-attentive, but that may just be my own preference. In the evening and on weekends, the atmosphere can get a bit rowdy, and is not necessarily the best place for a quiet conversation; lunch is much better for that.
