I have been there before and wasn?t not sure where to place this restaurant. I liked the music but hate the customer service and the attitude from the personnel in general. However, last Thursday night went there with my husband and two friends. I was the first person from our group on the line. I guy in front of me asked me for my ID. I gave it to him. FYI, I am way over 21 years old but somehow this guy started to doubt that. He told me my ID felt funny and until that point everything went ok. Then, he quickly learned that I was a Spanish speaking person same as him. He started talking to me in Spanish although I was asking him to speak in English because of politeness to the rest of my group. He declined and was asking me personal questions that have nothing to do with checking my ID, such as: Can show you a place where we can dance?. My husband asked him what the problem was. He told him that it wasn?t my husband?s business and felt empower to start yelling at my husband, We asked the guy for the manager and he told us that the guy next to him was the manager (the next day we called and turned out that he wasn?t the restaurant manager). We asked him to call the police, at this point we were all in shock by this guy?s behavior. He refused to call the police and denied the entrance to the place. WE ARE NEVER, EVER, GOING BACK THERE. Both, my husband and I called back and spoke to the restaurant manager and he told us that the incident was reported in a different manner and that he was going to investigate it, however, there was nothing he could do about it. I am telling you, you don?t want to go there. You would never know what to expect from this people. I don?t feel safe going there and I would like others to know about it because I would feel responsible if someone else experience this kind of treatment at the Greek cuisine. Horrible, horrible experience?
Pros: nice decoration
Cons: customer service, management
