We had a great experience with a service issue. They weren't able to fix the problem right away (we just dropped by without an appointment), but the technician figured out what was wrong and we were able to get the issue resolved a week and a half later. more

The office is always well attended, clean, and comfortable. Always helpful when looking, buying, checkups or making appointments. There is always someone willing and able to help. This is my 3rd Subaru, and i wouldn't go to another place. more

oil leak 12/4/2014

We were happy to find out that the oil drips from the last visit were only from oil on the frame from the previous repair and not a new leak. The service was very good and the people my wife worked with were very nice and informative more

At least vacuum my car! 12/3/2014

I came in for an oil change, ended up that it was time for a 15,000 mile check, or some such thing. I have no problem with that part, but for the $175 price tag, could you at least have vacuumed out my car or cleaned the windows?! (They do at other oil change paces...just sayin') more
