Had some problems but brought them to the attention of the manager and he made things right.

Not Your Typical Car Dealer! 6/20/2015

I have just leased my second vehicle from this dealer. My first experience went so well that I returned for a second when my first lease expired. The second experience went even better! It is obvious when one first walks through the door that there is a "pride of ownership" ethic at work here. Employees and management are friendly, smiling and eager to help. True customer service seems to be the mantra and everyone knows how to practice it. All of this, and I know that I got an excellent deal on my new lease! By the way, I forgot to mention that I travel 120 miles out of the way to utilize this dealer because my local dealership is abysmal!! more

It was only an oil change and tire rotation but it was reasonable and I was treated well. Everything was explained and checked. more

Fantastiac Service 6/16/2015

I know that I'm never going to have to worry about whether or not I'm getting fantastic service when I take my vehicle in for any sort of service. Zack and the rest of the crew always make sure that my Outback is taken care of and that I'm kept in the loop about what needs to be done each visit. They are always courteous and accommodating. Dave who worked with us to buy are NEW car, was GREAT. I think we would only buy with him. And, MARINDA JAMESON is absolutely the best we loved working with her. She let us know every inch of the way what we where buying for our new car to protect it inside & outside. MARINDA, went over and beyond what she had to do. Went in for an oil change. The service department is excellent. They check everything. We were taking a 3000 mile long road trip and they made sure all was in order. Great group to work with. more

We had ventured to GJ to purchase a Honda CRV. However, it felt too fat. Stopped at Subaru just to check and met Michal, our salesman, a friendly fellow with a big smile. Decided to take a test drive and listen to Michal tell us about the CrossTreck -- sold. Enjoyed the experience from start to finish primarily due to Michal's help and personality. more

Amazing People, Cars and Experience 3/18/2015

First if all my credit is not great so let me just say, the finance team were great totally working with me to find a vehicle I could afford. Lee Carlson was my sales guy and he is a wonderful person, he didn't pressure or steer me into a car I hated. The people are the reason I went with Subaru, don't get me wrong I love my new Impreza but this team is amazing on all levels. more
