Trusted service 8/5/2015

I had my Outback checked over (no charge) and was informed, as I suspected, that I needed brakes. The quote was for the front and back brakes. When I had them replace the brakes they informed me that only the back brakes needed changed. When I picked the car up the amount due was way less than the quote, which made me quite happy! My next car will be a Subaru and I would highly recommend Grand Junction Subaru to friends and family. more

Leak Detection Module Repair 8/5/2015

The repair fixed the problem. Zach and the mechanic explained the purpose of the module and the malfunction. The shuttle driver is always courteous. Excellent job! more

No Pressure Sale 8/4/2015

I'm glad Subaru reminded me to change the transmission fluid. 8/4/2015

I drive an '08 Forester, Sports X Model with auto-trans. The recommended service intervals for the auto-trans complete fluid change is every 30,000 miles. My car was passing 74,000 and needed its second fluid flush/change and 75,000 miles was the outside recomendation for the 2nd flush. The fluid was in fine shape and looked great but why chance the obvious? So I changed the fluid in full. A better piece of mind for the long road ahead. more

Our sales person (Jake Williams) was super easy to work with. He listened to our wants/needs and found the exact car we wanted. He spent a great deal of time getting me comfortable with the car's many features. We didn't feel like we were pressured to buy a car, but we did decide that this dealership was top notch and so we purchased our car. We are completely satisfied. more

Our fourth in four years 7/27/2015

This represents the purchase of our fourth Subaru from Grand Junction Subaru since 2011. We have always received very personal, capable service as well as a fair price from Grand Junction Subaru. At this point all three of our children as well as ourselves are happily driving either a Subaru Outback or Forester. Given the risks of highway travel, as parents we take a degree of comfort knowing we are all at least traveling in a safe and dependable Subaru. more
