Paul K., our salesperson, and Shawn, the sales manager, are great people and it was a pleasure dealing with them. We live in Moab and they were very helpful as well as flexible in handling a distance purchase. While we could have gone to Salt Lake City, we are so glad we purchased our Subaru in Grand Junction. more

I was in for an oil change and after waiting forty five minutes I was told my car was done. I had to let them know that the car they were handing me the keys to was not mine and in fact mine was still parked right where I had left it when I checked in and gave them my keys more

Efficient Service, Timely Shuttle, Attention to Detail 7/8/2015

Service was completed on time, and RMS provided me with a free shuttle to and from work. Also, front bumper had pulled loose some months before I took car in for an unrelated service. When I picked up the car, I saw that RMS had repaired the bumper, free of charge, even though that hadn't been on the work order. Thanks, guys! more

Excellent Servive 6/25/2015

A recent stop for routine service resulted in my returning the following day to complete the job. Zack (I believe the Service Manager) was not only apologetic for my delay but went beyond the "call of duty" by making sure everything was handled promptly and completely when I returned. Even a follow up call the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work done and another apology for a very minor delay. Thank you Subaru and Ron for providing not only a great product for our community but the well trained people and service to back it up! Mike Perry more
