I went in expecting them to try and high ball my offer. They didn't. I went in with research and offers from multiple dealerships on the front range and two pricing websites. They beat all of them. The haggling process took less than 15minutes and we ended on a price that was fair for all parties involved. I have absolutely no complaints for the first time in my car buying career. They were great and I would recommend the dealership to anyone. The car has performed per specification. more

A Well-Appointed Car at a Great Price! 11/29/2014

On the advice of a friend who said we really ought to go look at the new Subarus - a brand we've never owned before - we came into Grand Junction Subaru and looked at the Legacy on September 8, preparing to be underwhelmed. - But no! This is NOT the hippie car you're used to! Nicely styled, nicely sized, and beautiful appointed - and well-priced compared to its competition - NONE of which offer all-wheel drive. Tony Lopez was our salesperson. We left that day without a new Subaru, and Tony gave us the space and time to go have a closer look at the competition. He checked in with us a couple weeks later - totally no pressure - and we still didn't buy a Subaru. He called us again in November and politely said, "Hey, if you've found another car, let me know - I won't bug you - but if you haven't, I'd like to invite you to come back in and take another look at the Legacy." We did. Having never owned a Subaru, that poor man spent the entire day with us, letting us test-drive models and explaining all the features - literally letting us crawl all over the car so we could really see what it had to offer. And this time, November 15, we left with a new Legacy. We felt the dealership and Tony were friendly, polite, and low-pressure - none of that, "Lemme get my manager" stuff - and the car! The car continues to amaze us! As repeat Toyota owners, we are still amazed at what Subaru has to offer over Toyota! The more we drive the car, the more we love it - but even more importantly, the more we drive it, the more we see how perfectly this Subaru Legacy fits our needs AND what we wanted in a car. If you haven't driven a Subaru lately, go see Tony Lopez at Grand Junction Subaru and see what a great car you can have at a great price! We truly couldn't be happier with our choice! more

23000 mile service 11/26/2014

2 things affected my rating. 1. would have to come back for a car wash. 2. w as shown a dirty air filter and noticed that another waiting customer was also shown a dirty air filter. This seemed suspicious. more

The entire reason I purchased a car from GJ Subaru was because of Jake. He walked up to us on the lot when we stopped by to just look at cars. He gave us several suggestions and his approach was warm, professional and not car salesman pushy. I liked the immediate response to our questions and the no bullshit approach to buying a car more

Tire Issue 11/19/2014

Told them that there was a slow leak in tire that requirred about 8 lbs of pressure added every 3 days. They tested tire without taking the tire off and said they couldn't find the leak. Obviously there is a problem and they should have taken the tire off to find the leak. Will have to take the tire somewhere else to have it fixed.They were curtious, but didn't fix the problem. They did wash the car. more

Great customer service 11/17/2014

As an out of town customer, it is never very convenient for me to have to leave my vehicle. Since I was flying out of the airport in Grand Junction, GJ Subaru arranged for me to leave my Subaru and they took me to the airport and picked me up at the airport on my return. My car was repaired, served and cleaned when I picked it up and I was on my way home. Everyone there is friendly and beyond helpful! This is the fourth Subaru I have purchased from Grand Junction Subaru and I am very pleased and delighted with their old-fashioned honesty, friendly manner and great service. more

We love the dealership but on a recent service they didn't re set the computer so every time we start it we get a message it needs service more

I called needing a vehicle quickly since mine had died. Despite their knowing that I needed one badly, they worked with me to find as low a priced vehicle as possible while still meeting our basic needs. The Legacy is awesome and Chris was outstanding to work with. more
