Service was completed on time, and RMS provided me with a free shuttle to and from work. Also, front bumper had pulled loose some months before I took car in for an unrelated service. When I picked up the car, I saw that RMS had repaired the bumper, free of charge, even though that hadn't been on the work order. Thanks, guys!
