Follow-up...60K Tune-up 9/5/2014

Hi Folks, I initiated the follow-up because of two issues...during the initial tune-up, the Service Dept. overfilled my engine with too much oil and the air-bag warning light refused to go-away. Subsequently, the Service folks drained a couple of quarts from the engine and cleared the computer of the Air Bag alarms, only to discover that the driver's side seat would need to be removed to replace the seat sensor...for over $1300...needless to say, this repair will be somewhat delayed. more

Service responce and competency 9/2/2014

I always receive prompt, friendly and personalized service. More importantly on the infrequent occassions when any of our three subarus have a problem or service requirement, they are invariably competently addressed. more

Peace of Mind 8/14/2014

Brought the car in for lube and oil change and to have the guys check up on everything. Use car for business travel, so like to have the factory trained pros keep an eye on it. more

Sean Cholas and Jake are good sales consultant they helped me buy a new subaru. i am very happy with the car. they make sure you're happy with your purchase. very good dealer even the owner makes sure you're satisfied with your new vehicle. have tried other dealers and other dealers and don't show interest in helping you out. GJ subaru shows their interest in their customers. that's why I like GJ subaru. more
