Car took too long 8/1/2014

I didn't like that we are from out of town and they told us to bring it in at 8:30 am, we checked back by at 12:30 or so, and they still hadn't looked at our car. We finally gave up waiting and went back home (45 miles away). Then they called and said they needed to keep it overnight. It was taken in for a 60000 mile service and one other issue. The 60000 mile service, in my opinion, should have been done when we made the appointment. The manager apologized for the miscommunication, so that is why we gave it a 3 instead of lower. It was super inconvenient for us, and we waisted 4 hours waiting for the car when it wasn't even being looked at. more

Warranty work 7/30/2014

Recently, I was on my way to Grand Junction, when my rear view mirror became detached from the windshield. Living 45 minutes away, I decided to drive to the dealership to see if the mirror could be fixed. In about an hour, the defective part had been replaced, my Forester was washed, and I was back on the road. With my vehicle still being under warranty, all of the work was covered. I would highly recommend using Grand Junction Subaru dealership. In the future, I will have all of my service work done there. more

45,000 mile service 7/28/2014

Great customer service, was kept informed of the progress as the service went along and was able to pick car up the next day which was more convenient for me. more

Great Service 7/24/2014

GJ Subaru provided more than just an oil change. They did an inspection of the car, washed the car and have a very nice, quiet waiting area. The price of oil has gone up quit a lot so be prepared for the final bill. more

My experience at Grand Junction Subaru was extremely pleasant. I had all of my questions answered, got a great deal on a car, and had a salesman who was not pushy, rude, or condescending.
