I have never had a complaint about GJ Subaru. I was treated with respect when I purchased the car and love that the service people know my name when I walk into the door for service. It is the best. more

These folks are knowledgeable, friendly and FAIR! They get you in and get you out without the typical high-pressure tactics used by other service departments. Of course, they suggest recommended service and the recommended intervals...but they leave it at that. The folks at GJ Subaru perform the work that is necessary (and/or requested) and leave the car cleaner than it was when it arrived! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! more

2013 Subaru Outback 2/24/2014

Overall the experience was very satisfying. Sales department were not pushy and they didn't come across as the stereotypical sales person feeding a guy full of useless information that steer the customer in the wrong direction. They were willing to work with the customer and made them feel like they were not being rushed or pressured into buying something. The "5th Star" would had been selected if the vehicle would had been filled up with gas. The vehicle was on empty...almost had to stop on the way home to fill up. Not a huge deal but sometimes the small things is the only thing people remember. more

I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Not only is buying here pleasant but they have the best service dept hands down. Zach really goes above and beyond the customers expectations. they get the job done quickly yet make you feel as if you are the most important customer they have. more

My partner lost her car in an accident along with the security it provided, and finding a suitable replacement was a real challenge. After looking in three different markets of the Front Range, Albuquerque, and the Grand Valley, we found the perfect car through Rosanna Oviatt at Grand Junction Subaru, but that wasn't all. They held the car for the 5 hour drive through a blizzard, and if that isn't service, I don't know what is. We couldn't be happier. more

Living in montrose, I don't come to grd. jct. that often. Service dept. was able to slip me in, take care of business, and got me out in time for my appointed rounds! more

I have a 1 1/2 hour drive to have my Subaru serviced there & everyone is very accommodating. I can bring my dogs with me & even my laptop so I can work while I'm waiting. more

The whole package! 2/13/2014

Leasing a Subaru was a nervous thought for me, but the online director was wonderful with the proper information and never pressured me. The overall process was "pain free" and the people of Subaru were friendly and again thorough with information. I knew my new Subaru would be serviced well because I have taken my old Subaru to the service center. Jim the manager is a very trustworthy guy and I felt confident every time my car would be taken care of. Thank you to everyone who took care of me, especially John Wampler internet director. more

What a pleasure to go into a dealership and not end up with a headache! Courteous, no-pressure, up-front, and not the old run around. I've never had a pleasant experience purchasing a car before; until now. I will, already have, tell friends, neighbors etc about Grand Junction Subaru! Ask for Tiffany She ROCKS! Even knew about cars that just came in & not even on the lot! Resulted in a sale :) more
