Contacted the receptionist at Gordon plumbing concerning a new water service line installed was given the name and phone number of a gentleman for me to call, Shawn. After a weak had passed of leaving several voice mails he decided to call me back. I gave him all of the information he needed, and said he would stop by to give me an estimate. This is the service I got. The plumbing was backed up and toilets were bubbling in my new house. I called them and they had someone plump my septic tank. After that the plumbing was still backed up so a plumber came out and snaked the lines from both ends of the house. He had to take both toilets off. Everything was working for only TWO weeks then the same thing was happening. Meanwhile, the ""specialized"" (as stated on their website) plumber did not properly put the toilets back on and they leaked. Thank goodness I was home or my newly refinished hardwood floors would have been ruined! My husband that?s not ""expert"" plumber figured out that the plumber did not line up the wax ring. Plus the snake that they used did not have a big enough head on it and did not break everything loose. When the second plumber came out he looked at a few things and left. Did NOTHING! Here I was as a new home owner, just moved in, and my plumbing was not working. I called the office, Loann, said ""call someone else, we DO NOT work on septics!"" Their website states above that they are: specialized in septic tanks cleaned, septic system repair / installed. So they almost ruined my hardwood floors, caused more work for my husband, took my money, told me to call someone else, and then left me in the same spot I was in before with my plumbing not working. I called and spoke with a supervisor, Shawn, told him the story, he promised my money back. Then a week later I get a copy of the work order saying that I was going to call the office. What did they think? I was going to call them every two weeks to have my tank pumped at $300+ a pop? Norris Septic pumped it for $200 and was more helpful then they were. Well I have yet to see any of my money back. We ended up renting a snake from Home Depot and my husband who is not specialized as they state solved the problem himself. I get pretty mad every time I see their trucks around town needless to say. more

Had a [suspected] clogged sump/geothermal discharge line. Called Gordon on a Friday at about 8:15am...service arrived by noon. 200 feet of my discharge line was snaked in 1.5 hours to remove an ungodly amount of debris. I was charged $80. I had spent about $1,000.00 on plumbing services prior to calling Gordon, only to have the problem blamed on my geothermal system...which had nothing to do with it. Called Gordon because they specialized in drain type services. They took the initiative to investigate the problem, rather than writing it off. Saved me lots of dough. Couldn't be more pleased. The comment below mine is totally unfair. I used Gordon Plumbing when the pipe burst under my Indianapolis renters sink. I didn't know who to call and found them listed on the web. I can tell you they were on time, polite, and fixed the leak immediately. Some things just work out and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Jerry, his wife Miriam, Miriam's brother Steve, Cindy and her male cousin, Dennis Davis, Michael Lee Riggs & his wife Tina Louis Riggs, Katie McCormack and other co-worker friends aka Gang members ARE MAJOR CRIMINALS And have been STALKING ME AND TORMENTING MY MIND, INVADING MY PRIVACY FOR YEARS....!!! Since they relentlessly torment me on a daily basis, I must once again try....to bring about public awareness about thease peoples serious CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES THAT THEY ENGAGE IN...!
