Contacted the receptionist at Gordon plumbing concerning a new water service line installed was given the name and phone number of a gentleman for me to call, Shawn. After a weak had passed of leaving several voice mails he decided to call me back. I gave him all of the information he needed, and said he would stop by to give me an estimate. It has now been over two weeks since saying he would be by. Poor reliability from the start
