I have lived Hermitage 26 years & have been a contineous customer of Hermitage Tire Center for most of those years. The service folks at HTC are knowledgeable, courteous & provide efficient service & products to their customers at competive prices. I am a male customer & appreciate the fact that they provide the same level of courteous & fair service to their female clientele as they do to me. My wife has had to, on more than one occassion, had to stop by HTC either on her way to work or coming home from work with a trouble light that has just come on, or a tire that is going down. In all cases she was cared for with respect, courtesy & efficiency, fixed up & sent on to her intended destination with her relief & confidence restored. When ""Baby"" (wife's Chrysler) went out of warranty, it went immediately to HTC for any needed follow-on services. Brandon & the boys in the back have taken excellent care of ""Baby"" since making ""Baby"" & wife happy; so am I. The team at HTC, both at the front desk & those in the garage area, are top notch folks & have earned my respect & continued patronage. Five stars boys!! more

These guys speak to you in layman's terms and never try to take advantage of people (regardless of gender or age). I've been there many times and have absolutely no complaints, other than the occasional long wait...but that's what happens when you're good at what you do! This is the first mechanic shop that I've ever actually TRUSTED! Pros: great work, fair price, professional, polite, clean lobby Cons: long wait, because they have so many loyal customers!!! more

Have two vehicles that we take in for tire balance, rotation. Used to take Diesel there for oil change and fuel filters until we had gotten it back from oil change anfuel filter change...The oil was black and fuel filter failed within 500 miles. they refunded money for fuel filter offered to ""change oil again"". No thanks... Anyway, needed 6 new tires for truck called and spoke with Mike, he quoted $199 each, I asked if he could do any better on price because i could buy tires from Tirerack for $164 each. He said he could not buy them himself for that price, good luck. I called back later and explained that I would prefer to purchase from them since they are so close to the house. Mike asked what price I was looking to pay for all six tires...I stated around $1200 for the set. He said he could not come close to that and that he would lose money by doing that. After back and forth telling him that I was not asking him to lose money, just asking if he could do any better on the price as we had spent a lot of money there in the past...he was not interested, he had in his head that I was asking for them to lose money. I've been going to these guys literally for years. I admit to being very skeptical of car repair places in the past due to some bad experiences. \r \r I really feel like these guys shoot straight - no unecessary repairs offered, fair pricing, pretty quick service, and they;ve never broken anything that somebody else had to fix. Honestly I feel likek they're one of the best, most reliable around and wouldn't go anywhere else. \r \r And a bonus - spend your wait time across the street lounging at Starbucks. They'll call you when its done! \r \r One caution - the line forms really early on Saturdays!
