I have lived Hermitage 26 years & have been a contineous customer of Hermitage Tire Center for most of those years. The service folks at HTC are knowledgeable, courteous & provide efficient service & products to their customers at competive prices. I am a male customer & appreciate the fact that they provide the same level of courteous & fair service to their female clientele as they do to me. My wife has had to, on more than one occassion, had to stop by HTC either on her way to work or coming home from work with a trouble light that has just come on, or a tire that is going down. In all cases she was cared for with respect, courtesy & efficiency, fixed up & sent on to her intended destination with her relief & confidence restored. When ""Baby"" (wife's Chrysler) went out of warranty, it went immediately to HTC for any needed follow-on services. Brandon & the boys in the back have taken excellent care of ""Baby"" since making ""Baby"" & wife happy; so am I. The team at HTC, both at the front desk & those in the garage area, are top notch folks & have earned my respect & continued patronage. Five stars boys!!
