Review content:
Have two vehicles that we take in for tire balance, rotation. Used to take Diesel there for oil change and fuel filters until we had gotten it back from oil change anfuel filter change...The oil was black and fuel filter failed within 500 miles. they refunded money for fuel filter offered to ""change oil again"". No thanks... Anyway, needed 6 new tires for truck called and spoke with Mike, he quoted $199 each, I asked if he could do any better on price because i could buy tires from Tirerack for $164 each. He said he could not buy them himself for that price, good luck. I called back later and explained that I would prefer to purchase from them since they are so close to the house. Mike asked what price I was looking to pay for all six tires...I stated around $1200 for the set. He said he could not come close to that and that he would lose money by doing that. After back and forth telling him that I was not asking him to lose money, just asking if he could do any better on the price as we had spent a lot of money there in the past...he was not interested, he had in his head that I was asking for them to lose money. I finally gave up trying to explain. In the past I had dealt with Brandon who is always very helpful and LISTENED.
