I've been going to these guys literally for years. I admit to being very skeptical of car repair places in the past due to some bad experiences. \r

I really feel like these guys shoot straight - no unecessary repairs offered, fair pricing, pretty quick service, and they;ve never broken anything that somebody else had to fix. Honestly I feel likek they're one of the best, most reliable around and wouldn't go anywhere else. \r
\r
And a bonus - spend your wait time across the street lounging at Starbucks. They'll call you when its done! \r
\r
One caution - the line forms really early on Saturdays!
Pros: Friendly, honest, and across the street from Starbucks
Cons: Getting in line first thing on Saturday...
