I Love Golds Gym 9/4/2011

I can't say enough great things about this gym in Winston Salem. They really make me feel welcome when I come in and have helped me in soooo many ways. I am in the best shape of my life and owe a lot of it to the wonderful group exercise instructors and classes. Thanks Golds Gym! more

Golds Gym Gets A Gold Star 7/19/2011

Golds Gym is the best of the best in the Triad. I train on my own and work with a personal trainer there and am in the best shape of my life. The employees are nice and I've made some really good friends while working out at Golds Gym. more

I love Golds Gym 7/5/2011

Golds Gym changed my life. I'm happier and healthier now that I've lost weight and am in better shape. The employees helped me and encouraged me to workout and take various group exercise classes (spin, BodyPump, etc.). I've also made some good friends along the way. more

Top Notch Gym 5/18/2011

Best gym I've been a member of. The Bodypump classes are the yoga studio are my two favorite things about the gym. Parking used to be an issue, but they just added on to the parking lot and fixed that problem. more

Best Yoga and Personal Training in Winston Salem 5/17/2011

Golds Gym in Winston Salem is a great place to workout. I've been taking yoga and working with a personal trainer for a number of months and am really happy with the results I've seen. I've trained in other places, but find that the employees and programs at Golds Gym are better than at other places. more

Great Gym 3/3/2011

I have been working out at Gold's Gym for the past 2 years now, and have completely turned my health around. When I started, my blood pressure was high and so was my bad cholesterol. I am happy to say that I have lost 20 pounds of fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle, and my levels are back down to normal. Awesome staff, they have helped and motivated me every inch of the way more

Best Winston Salem Health Club 2/22/2011

Best gym in Winston Salem, NC. I've been a member of several gyms in Winston Salem, NC and I have to say that Gold Gym is the best gym I've ever been to. I love everything about the place - the staff, the classes, the free coffee and more. I've struggled with my weight for most of my life, but the personal trainers at Golds Gym have helped me lose weight and keep it off for more than 3 years. more

Gold's Gym = Awesome Gym 12/31/2010

I love this Gym! I have never met a nicer staff at a gym...ever! Every time I walk through the doors I feel like I am walking into ""Cheers""....except for my name isn't Norm and I get a Smoothie instead of a beer. The classes/instructors are great, the personal trainers are awesome, and the other members are very friendly. I highly recommend this gym! more

Don't Join 10/31/2009

I joined Gold's in May, 2009. I cancelled within the 48 hours as required by North Carolina law. Even though I cancelled my membership, I kept being billed for monthly dues. I have filed several complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the NC Attorney General's office. I was told by the owners several months ago that this issue was resolved. Since they were continuing to bill my account, I even had to have my debit card cancelled. Here it is November and I just received a threatening letter from the billing company. Pros: Clean gym Cons: Can't stop the billing, small, limited parking more

Great facility... Best in Town! 5/20/2009

I recently switched to Gold's Gym after being a two year member to Peak Fitness. (Check out Peak Fitness Reviews) . What a difference. The facility is impeccably clean and organized. All the weights are stacked, machines clean and in good working order. The staff is polite and friendly and it gives you a good ""home Town"" feel to work out here. I believe the environment Gold's Gym offers will boost my workouts to a new level and will help me achieve my fitness goals much quicker than my former Gym. Winston Salem's Best Gym 3/10/2009

I'm a fitness fanatic and I really found a home here at Gold's Gym of Winston Salem. I've never seen a gym as clean as this one. The equipment, classes and the staff are all wonderful. Since I've been a member at Gold's Gym I've been able to reach and maintain my goal weight. I attribute this to the personal trainers I've been working with at the gym. They really know there stuff and have helped me to get into the best shape of my life. That's saying a lot since I'm a 45 year old mother of two. Pros: CLEAN, friendly and helpful staff, no creepy guys or thugs Cons: I don't like the metabolic effect class more

Best facility in town! 3/4/2008

this Gold's is one of the best that i've been in! there is plenty of space; and even during the busy hours it's never too overcrowded. the equipment is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. also, there is a huge variety of group fitness classes that all provide a great workout. i wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Nothing but great things to say about this upscale fitness facility! The customer service and facility are far above the rest. So friendly and clean. The employees are always doing whatever they can to make your workout more enjoyable with a smile. Top of the line exercise equipment and cardio machines, always the hottest group classes going, (which might i add are free with a membership), and free Child Care with people you can trust with your children. more

Wow!! I love this gym! The first moment I walked through the doors I new this was the gym for me. From the warm inviting decore to the friendly staff to the awesome group exercise program....if I had 3 thumbs...I would give it 3 thumbs up!!! Looking for a place where the staff knows your name and treats you like more than a customer? If so, then Golds Gym Winston Salem is the place for you. You'll feel right at home from the first time you step foot inside the building. Pros: Excellent Service in a clean facility Cons: Price is higher, but it's worth it more
