I'm a fitness fanatic and I really found a home here at Gold's Gym of Winston Salem. I've never seen a gym as clean as this one. The equipment, classes and the staff are all wonderful. Since I've been a member at Gold's Gym I've been able to reach and maintain my goal weight. I attribute this to the personal trainers I've been working with at the gym. They really know there stuff and have helped me to get into the best shape of my life. That's saying a lot since I'm a 45 year old mother of two.
Pros: CLEAN, friendly and helpful staff, no creepy guys or thugs
Cons: I don't like the metabolic effect class
