They took everything we owned and lied to the BBB about how they handled our move and got away with it. more

Judging from the previous reviews, I'd say mine might be the first one written by a victim of these clowns, rather than a friend or employee of the owners. I won't bother with the details. The fact is, these people are thieves and con artists posing as movers. In particular, if you see a guy named Roni coming, call the cops, and whatever you do, DON'T sign any papers he gives you. If you sign on with Movers USA, A Golden Hand, or World Wide Van Lines, be aware that these companies are all the same people, and they WILL extract as much money as possible from you, while holding your belongings hostage to make you comply. Again, these are criminals posing as movers. If you do any business with them, both your belongings and your bank account are in peril. more

First of all yes they did a excellent job moving everything without a problem. However they require a deposit depending on who you are. The schedule for the pickup to move was changed to a much earlier time on the night before. No one should ever do that. Had to fight to get it changed back. I was never told that there is 4 hour minimum charge oh at $99.00 an hour. This isn't bad if you are moving a huge apartment. Had to fight to get it lowered. Moving should not involve having to fight to fit your schedule when you scheduled the move a week ahead of time. All the information should be told to you from the very beginning. Will NEVER use this service again. Great movers but garbage customer service. more

I used Golden hands moving in the past in order to move from Denver to Phoenix.... They came promptly and did everything proffesionaly and in a timely manner. They stood behind their service and word. Everything got to my house in an excellent shape , nothing broke and was packaged perfect. When they arrived to my house they asked where each box goes and I showed them and they put it in its place without a problem.. Which was very helpfull . because the only thing I had to do was to unpack the boxes..... I would recommend Golden Hands Moving without hestitaion. more

I have moved before, but I must say that this is the least stressful move I have ever experienced. I recommend golden hand Moving and Storage for anyone looking for a more pleasurable and stress-free move. When I first called the company they told me it would be 69 dollars per hour to move, with NO travel time. I asked the representive if that included third floors. She told me that it did. I called back to reschedule and things were fine. The day before the move the company called to see if they could reschedule from the morning to the afternoon. I told then no. She then asked if they could do it that day. I agreed. They showed up an hour and half late. They then explained to me that the charge would be 89 dollars per hour because I lived on the third floor. The mover called the owner and he would not even give me the chance to explain what the first person I talked to had quoted. So I was not thrilled with the owner. The movers were great. They worked very hard and got things done and delivered everything in one piece. more

I had the worst experience with golden hand moving. To start, they were 4 hours late to pick up my stuff, then they began to tell me that I need to pay double of what was estimated. They wont continue the job if I don't sign the paper work and I refuse to sing the paperwork until I know exactly how much it is going to cost. Once we agree upon a number i finally sign the paperwork. They upon arrival to my new location, they begin to tell me how much more I am going to need to pay when I already payed them double what they had originally told me. They wouldnt unload my stuff until i payed them CASH.... who has 2,000 cash laying around?? So now they have you because you need your belongings and they wont unload until you pay. I had an overall terrible experience with this company it added so much unneeded stress to what is normally a stressful situation in it self. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be fully taken advantage of and scammed! In additional of having packing she also had long carry that drove the price higher. upon pick up all clients need to sign all the documents prior to the pick up. Payment can be made with credit card, postal, money order, or cash and is written in her contract. we do accepet credit card according to the contract.which she did pay. more

The mover who uploaded me was really great but I was a bit upset that my stuff came outside of the window of time I had requested. I ended starting my new job in Omaha a week after I had planned so that I could unpack during the week and my stuff ended up coming on the Sat before I started my job so I missed a week of work. Our guys are great they are doing great job with pick up to make sure nothing will break although it may happen. we did our best to get your load to you as soon an possible, but unfurthnatly we didn't have any truck going your way until Thursday.by law we hav up to 7-14 days to deliver you and we have complied with that. we did our best to compansate you and update you on your items and your load. more
