When I first called the company they told me it would be 69 dollars per hour to move, with NO travel time. I asked the representive if that included third floors. She told me that it did. I called back to reschedule and things were fine. The day before the move the company called to see if they could reschedule from the morning to the afternoon. I told then no. She then asked if they could do it that day. I agreed. They showed up an hour and half late. They then explained to me that the charge would be 89 dollars per hour because I lived on the third floor. The mover called the owner and he would not even give me the chance to explain what the first person I talked to had quoted. So I was not thrilled with the owner. The movers were great. They worked very hard and got things done and delivered everything in one piece.
