Review content:
First of all yes they did a excellent job moving everything without a problem. However they require a deposit depending on who you are. The schedule for the pickup to move was changed to a much earlier time on the night before. No one should ever do that. Had to fight to get it changed back. I was never told that there is 4 hour minimum charge oh at $99.00 an hour. This isn't bad if you are moving a huge apartment. Had to fight to get it lowered. Moving should not involve having to fight to fit your schedule when you scheduled the move a week ahead of time. All the information should be told to you from the very beginning. Will NEVER use this service again. Great movers but garbage customer service.
