Refund ""QUOTE"" scam 5/17/2011

I ordered a torque converter for my minibike on may 2nd shortly after i ordered it i checked my minibike and realized i got the 1"" shaft size instead of the 3/4"" which i needed. I got my order may 7th and they had accidently sent me two of the same torque converters, seeing i had to send it back to get the one i needed i called them up and the service guy said he was sorry they had sent two and that the shipping would be refunded for the extra converter.. well i paid the shipping at fedex and sent both of them out on the 9th of may.. i got an email saying they recieved them on the 16th so i called them up that day, well I tried, tried and tried again to call them so after half an hour of busy signals i got through and the customer service rep put me on hold a few separate times almost as if he was takng other orders on top of my call.. When i finally talked to him he said he was sorry but that they wouldnt refund me for the shipping of the second torque converter and only refunded me $195.12 on an order of $243.90 not including shipping. DO NOT EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! more

I ordered some stuff from these people from Australia, I transfered the money via wire trransfer and after 6 weeks received nothing. My order status is still ""awaiting wire transfer"" Several email messages have resulted in no response, several phone calls have got nothing but dead end automated responses.\r How do I get my money back,? obvoiusly it pays to research who you are dealing with first.\r As per everyone else, ""DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE"" they are nothing but scammers. more

Worst Internet Buying Experience EVER! 2/24/2011

Like my friend below me said, I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a scooter that they had listed on their web site. $888.00 dollars was drafted from my checking account, and I recieved an email stating that my product was on its way. One week later I noticed the money had been refunded so I checked my email and found an email stating that the item was out of stock. When I called to try and purchase something similar I was astounded at how I was treated. The man on the phone wouldnt even give me his name. He wanted 400 dollars more for practically the same thing. When I explained how I went without transportation and without my money to purchase something else for more than a week he began hanging up on me. When I called called back I didnt even get a hello. He answered the phone and said ""We will not be doing business with you."". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Judging by some of the other comments I've found on the internet its a wonder these a holes are still in business. What a disgrace to have the American flag on their web page. more

Inferior Product, Terrible Customer Service, BUYER BEWARE 1/8/2011

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I am actually embarrassed to have done business with this company. I should have done my research, not just on different go karts, but on this company. \r \r Product was supposed to come 90% assembled, with buyer needing to do ""dealer prep,"" tightening bolts, attaching battery, etc. The gokart came in pieces, literally the frame was not even assembled. Was supposed to come with ""assemby manual"" and ""very good information."" It came with no assembly manual and when we called ""tech support,"" they said no manual was available, that they couldn't help us, and that we should pay a qualified mechanic to put it together. Mind you, the person I had assembling it is an employee of mine who maintains all my farm equipement (tractors, riding lawnmower, etc.), so he's no novice when it comes to vehicles and machinery. Some of the holes were not lined up and had to be redrilled. Took close to 6 hours to get the go kart assembled. Customer service was rude and indifferent about all the issues we encountered.\r \r Now on to the product, a Kinroad Bantam 110 dune buggy. Day 1: tire came off rim; Day 5: horn fell off; Day 7: both headlights fell off; Day 10: another tire went flat; passenger seatbelt broke. Is there a warranty? Not through GoKarts USA, of course, and since there's no product information, I have no information about a manufacturer warranty.\r \r They claim you're getting 50% off retail, but I found a similar go kart locally, fully assembled, for only $200 more than I paid for this one. \r \r My recommendation? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY more

RIP OFF USA SHOULD BE THEIR NAME! 12/10/2010

RIP OFF USA. THIEVES! Ordered a go kart they back order the go kart (which I did not have a problem with), then they just pick a go kart color for you and send it.. Not ok with that. I called got customer service the first time I called... they didn't even have the color that they sell on the web site. (black) Asked for red they said they were sending blue.. I asked for my money back before this was shipped and they are trying to screw me out of 54 dollars.. tried to contact them and can't get a answer on the phone.. spoke with steven and he quoted a refund price of $1254.00 however only a email confirmation has been sent showing they are going to refund $1200.00 I double checked this item was not shipped and had not left their warehouse and I am getting screwed out of 54 dollars because I will not accept any old go kart they pick for me. especially one they do not even offer on the order form ?? I will retract this statement if refunded and keep posted If I do not receive my a full refund. 10 days later I have still had no luck with refund keep getting the run around. spoke with accounting and a manager is supposed to call me back and Edward in accounting hung up on me. They should change their name. TO: RIP OFF USA! RUN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Dear Lord, I pray go karts usa screw's a lawyer over who has nothing better to do than to see justice served. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 12/2/2010

This is the first time that i write review.It has been my worst experience.All I wanted was a go kart for my son it was his birthday.I order thru their website a keanroad 150 cc explorer. after 5 days got a phone call from the company saying it is not available in red. Why not keep a better invetory check for customer .I didn't want to waste more time so i upgrade for a better model (keanroad jet 150 cc) which was more money.the website ad said no shipping charge,when i placed the order i was charge$ 170.i called the company the girl said that she will get back to me never did.after 3 days i get e mail that the order has been shipped. i was impressed.make a story short 10 days later after numerous calls to the company i got a call from guy name jim rudest guy ever, telling me that they cannot locate the city that i live in . He also said that he is going to cancel my order. after exchanging word with him he hung up the phone and indeed cancel my order.There is something vey wrong with this company stay away and save yourself the headache. more

No customer service of any kind - stay away! 8/29/2010

I bought the Asuza Go-kart kit last July. A few days after ordering we got an email that the engine was out of stock and our order was cancelled. I called them to find out my options - I should have known I was in trouble when I got a busy signal on 70% of my tries. Occasionally I could get through to ""Customer Service"" but then got a recording telling me they were all busy and to send them an email. I should have ran away then! \r \r I eventually did get someone to answer the phone and all they could say was that they were out of the 7HP engine and had no idea when they would come in. We eventually found the engine from another source and ordered the kit (online). It did arrive OK, but with the largest recommended engine (7HP Robin) the top speed is about 35 MPH although the web page says 50MPH. I sent an email inquiry through the website and the response was that to get the kind of speed you have to remove the engine RPM governor - but that of course voids the warranty. I checked some forums and yes, racers do that. But they also have a lot of exploded engines. I thought I'd try a different rear sprocket - the web page offers one for $19.95 -but when trying to order it I get a message saying the minimum order is $49.00! I went through “customer service” dialing hell for two more days until someone finally answered the phone. I explained I was happy to pay for the sprocket, but $49.00 for a $20.00 part seemed a little rich, especially when I had just bought the kit and the reason for the purchase was an attempt to get the go-kart closer to its advertised performance. The ""Customer Service"" rep's response was to tell me ""well"" that's our policy, you can order it for $49.00 or not"" and then to hang up on me!\r \r As cool as it seems to build a kit, find another source and stay away from this outf more

I Haven't Had Good Luck Either 1/25/2010

I ordered a Roketa 250cc dune buggy from this company in July of 2009 and I received a JCL buggy instead. When I called them about this they told me, ""We are getting out of dealing Roketa's because we can't get parts for them, someone should have called you. sorry about that"" However, now nearly seven months later, they are still selling Roketa's. Also, the differential shaft snapped three days after I got the machine and while tearing it apart to send it back under warranty, the mechanic discovered that part of the engine casting was cracked also. RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! STAY AWAY!!! 2/3/2009

I too had major problems with this company. They love taking the money, but don't ever question them on anything. They sold me a dune buggy with no directions on how to mantain it. After months and months of complaining, surprise surprise- they now have a link on the website on how to mantain it. My son only had this piece of junk running for 3 weeks when the engine went. Tried to do everything possible to have them help fix the problem. The web of deceit kept getting bigger. This is not what I ordered- I asked them before I ordered if this was a Honda engine as stated on their web site. They told me ""Yes!"". It is not. Honda does not make these engines. I called the manufactorer of the dune buggy and they don't even know what type of engine it is. ""Made in China somewhere"" was what they told me. After several emails with more lies from them, there was no way I was relying on them to get an honest answer and have them uphold the warranty. They offered to take it back- months ago- if I packed it up. They know I can't- it weighs 600 pounds. Plus I have not heard from them in over 2 months. Also, looking into their company- no set address and their person that you can serve papers to- is a convicted crimminal and had his real estate licence revoked. His name- Al Benaroya- check out California real estate web site and California's corp. website and compare the names- They go by Bulls-Eye Marketing for whatever reason. Poor customer service . they treated me like I was a liar.They sent wrong product .I had to send pictures to prove to them they made a mistake. I could not get what I ordered. They would not pay shipping to take there mistake back, so I had to settle for what I got. When I prepaired to use dune buggie there was an issue with gas tank and cap would not seal properly .When I contacted them I was told they would not cover it under warrenty and would not honor any warrenty for me .DO NOT THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE SHOP ELSEWHERE.There web site uses an AMERICAN flag and red white and blue lettering leading you to believe you are buying American.......YOU ARE NOT,straight from china with a good luck buddy attitude.DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.I believe when you buy something it should,at least, work properly the 1st time and if not warrenty will make it so,don't expect that from these people. The only thing they did with out any problem was take my money,DON"T MAKE MY MISTAKE> more
