RIP OFF USA. THIEVES! Ordered a go kart they back order the go kart (which I did not have a problem with), then they just pick a go kart color for you and send it.. Not ok with that. I called got customer service the first time I called... they didn't even have the color that they sell on the web site. (black) Asked for red they said they were sending blue.. I asked for my money back before this was shipped and they are trying to screw me out of 54 dollars.. tried to contact them and can't get a answer on the phone.. spoke with steven and he quoted a refund price of $1254.00 however only a email confirmation has been sent showing they are going to refund $1200.00 I double checked this item was not shipped and had not left their warehouse and I am getting screwed out of 54 dollars because I will not accept any old go kart they pick for me. especially one they do not even offer on the order form ?? I will retract this statement if refunded and keep posted If I do not receive my a full refund.
10 days later I have still had no luck with refund keep getting the run around. spoke with accounting and a manager is supposed to call me back and Edward in accounting hung up on me. They should change their name.
