Globe Link Security

I had service carried over from the previous owner when I bought the house. I moved unexpectedly a few months later. I agreed with the new owners to transfer the service into their names, since I was under contract and Globelink was not available in the state I moved to. Long story short, the new owners never paid, I never revcieved a bill, and the account was sent to collections. \r \r Be careful if you sign up and think you may be moving, as they will lock you into the payments. \r Customer Service, not so good. I could have paid them before it went to collections if they bothered to send me a bill. I had to call 3 times just to find out my account balance, which was $0. So collections got my money in the end, not Globelink. My mistake for thinking the new owners would pay and not thining about contracts!\r You get what you pay for I guess. more

I spoke to GSS this week and they asked that if I was happy with the service to submit an internet review. After I thought about it I have to say that I've been a client for over 10 years. My service calls are efficient, the staff is friendly (after 10 years I work with the same techs and staff), they call fast when my alarm goes off and I have always paid the same 12.99 per month (I've never had a price increase in over 10 years). The local family owners live down the street and they always remember my name when I see them in the grocery store. They are a nice young family. Keep up the good work.\r more

After my recent home break in my insurance company required me to get an alarm system. Being a frugal shopper I interviewed over 10 different Oklahoma alarm companies (to find out 8 out of 10 were not Oklahoma companies). I switched to GSS $12.99 alarm monitoring because I was tired of my existing company raising my alarm rates. I was referred by my neighbor whom has been with Globelink Security for over ten years and has never had a rate increase. The bottom line is that I get better coverage at half the price. Service and alarm response is very fast. I have referred my parents, children and people from our church. Thanks for the great service and a great rate! P.S. A tip of my hat goes to your technician Johnny who performed the Westbrook's home security installation/upgrade. If your entire staff is as skilled and personable as Johnny, you are fortunate. \r \r Johnny demonstrated great customer communication skills along with his professional technical skills. Additionally, he did not seem to mind me watching over his shoulder during the installation. He thoroughly explained how every component of the system works, i.e. the motion, the glass breakage, and smoke detectors and phone line seizure. I shopped all the other companies, almost felt like i was buying a car. I love my consultant with Globelink Security. He answered all my questions, was very professional, reviwed our paperwork and set up our installation. The installer was prompt, neat and I felt like he cared. He spent a great amount of time giving us instructions. Several months after we had a service issue with a thunder storm and they were here the next day. The employees of this company work hard.
