A tip of my hat goes to your technician Johnny who performed the Westbrook's home security installation/upgrade. If your entire staff is as skilled and personable as Johnny, you are fortunate. \r

Johnny demonstrated great customer communication skills along with his professional technical skills. Additionally, he did not seem to mind me watching over his shoulder during the installation. He thoroughly explained how every component of the system works, i.e. the motion, the glass breakage, and smoke detectors and phone line seizure. Due to my technical background, Johnny might have provided me more insight than the typical homeowner would need or want. \r

After spending 20 years as a field service engineer, I can appreciate that the guys in the field are an important part of my successful business operation. \r
