Johnny demonstrated great customer communication skills along with his professional technical skills. Additionally, he did not seem to mind me watching over his shoulder during the installation. He thoroughly explained how every component of the system works, i.e. the motion, the glass breakage, and smoke detectors and phone line seizure. Due to my technical background, Johnny might have provided me more insight than the typical homeowner would need or want. \r
