I agree with the other ratings I have read here and had a similar experience (except for the damaged goods -- I had good luck on tht front). Glenn is the nicest guy on the phone when you set up a move, but don't be fooled. He is a cheat and will take you for a lot more money than you think with his tricks. If I had to do it again, I would stick with a national brand moving company. While they are all run as franchises, at least you could fall back to complaining to corporate and expect some resolution. Complaining to Glenn is like complaining to a brick wall. Actually, that's not true. At least you can find a brick wall to complain to. If you have a complaint with Glenn, just try to get in touch with him. He'll never call you back.\r

Don't fall for his trick of ""showing you what the invoice will look like"" to help you get comfortable that there are no hidden charges. He shows you a blank invoice with nothing written on it. The problem comes when on the moving date he starts writing in all of the charges that you didn't know about upfront. Furthermore, I also got fooled by the trick of him qiving me a quote based on 3 movers at a certain rate per hour. But then on he moving day, 4 movers came -- but of course the rate is different for 4 movers and not what I expected. Of course, the move was supposed to be quicker? You would think so, but it didn't seem quick.\r

All in all, I had a very bad experience and wish that I used someone else.
Pros: Not many damaged items, although a few. Several missing items.
Cons: Will make you pay for a lot more than you think.
