Guy on phone was real nice. Sent a different guy to do the actual move brought an extra person and said ""financally"" it would work in my favor. The guy leading was mean and creepy, his helpers were wonderful. They were late, and I had to be out of that house that day or I would have sent them packing (pun intended). Left stuff behind. The leader got mad at the couch, nearly took the house down to get it out screaming and cursing the whole time, scaring my neighbors. When Jordan's delivered it there was no problem. He got so grouchy while unloading (I guess he was still mad at the couch) I was affraid to come out of my new bedroom. His helpers even looked scared. While unpacking after they were gone found lots of broken stuff, some insignificant but sentimental others expensive hard to replace. After telling some people about my experience I heard from some of them things like ""Oh really, when the moved me I realized the broke my coffee table and my TV was acting funny"" ""They left a whole room of boxes in the garage of the old house"" ""They smashed an antique mirror"". Man I wished I started talking and heard all that stuff before they showed up or I would have used different movers. I heard good things from people who used them for smaller jobs like a piano, excercise equipment. So I guess there is something positive.
