No Stars. Had a horrible experience with Glenn's. Do not use them. Guys were nice enough but not professional movers by any strech. They damaged wood work moving stuff out, furniture that was deliveried previously without a problem, they could not get it out without forcing through doorway. Once they had their cash they were trying to get out the door without finishing. I had been told they would re-assemble beds, put mirros back on dresseres, etc. I had to force them to stay and do a couple of beds. They got dirt on our memory foam mattress because the dragged it across truck with no protection under it. I called when they left and spoke to Glen but he made no offer to make it up to me. They will quote you a low price to get your business then do a rushed, unprofessional job.\r \r more

We had Ben and Tim from Glenn's team move some furniture in our house and then take two large pieces of furniture to another location. They showed up on time, worked quickly , carefully and safely. We were very pleased with the overall job. They were friendly and polite. more

The service was great, and reasonably priced! I was expecting the movers to arrive between 9-10am on a Saturday morning and they arrived exactly at 9am, the guys were friendly, professional and speedy. They handled my most prized possessions w/ great care (my giant TV!)...everything went so smoothly , which was a great relief, as moving is so stressful!! These guys offer a great service and I would def hire them again when the time comes! more

Www.glennsmiving-review-photogallery com for the truth!, I hired Glenn's and it was the worst decision I could have made..they overcharge (take cash only) and until the truck pulls up, they will tell you everything you want to hear...but once they have your money, that's it. They ruined thousands of dollars of my property, didn't have the insurance they told me they had, didn't finish the move but it didn't matter to them because they had my money...and they took off before putting anything together, even though they told me that once I hire the, i won't have to worry about another thing...they will move me and make sure everything is the way it was when they put everything together. What a joke! Wolves in sheeps clothing...BUYER BEWARE!!!! I WISH THERE WERE ONLINE REVIEW BEFORE I GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS. All the five star reviews are written by the ""family!!"". SO DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I used Glenns for a move on January 31st and I cannot speak highly enough for how professional and courteous my moving crew was. They informed me that they would arrive at 8:30 and they arrived right on time (if not a few minutes earlier). Within 100 minutes, I was completely moved out of a one-bedroom apartment and moved into my new place. Everything transported and unloaded was intact. Not only was the quote accurate, the crew performed their work so effectively, that I actually paid less than what was quoted. Each of the guys did their work in an efficient and friendly manner and I will recommend them to anybody seeking a mover. more

I have used movers in the past but Glenn's were at another level. They made me feel so comfortable being alone and around my kids. They were very helpful and worked fast and they were very careful. Too bad ZERO STARS aren't an option... A customer just walked into my place of business (an Office Furniture Store) FUMING that she had just gotten *screwed* by Glenn's Moving & Storage. After making her give them $3600 CASH to unload the truck, (she called the owner and he said she had to) they destroyed her home office desk and TV and left her mattress (that they had folded in half on the truck) on the floor without putting the bed together or showing her where the pieces were!! They didn't put her refrigerator together and left everything haphazardly around her new house. This reminded me of my moving experience with Glenn's 8 years ago... They didn't ruin any of my furniture, but the drivers pressured me into driving to the ATM to give them an extra $400 cash - because it took longer than they expected (mind you, I bought them pizza for lunch and they took a break to eat it). I was alone and didn't know what to do. In hindsight, I should have called a male friend (or the police) before I went to the ATM, but I was a single girl, just excited to move into her first condo, and ignorant of con artists. BE AWARE: IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN, DO NOT USE GLENN'S MOVING!! With that said, NO ONE should use them. more
