I recently had a very bad experience with Glenn with a move and storage. Ok the move cost 3 times the quote! Glenn has the BS degree of the year. I don't think he could tell the truth if he tried. The storage was a disaster: Climate controlled storage means what ever the climate is out side is the climate inside. The facility is absolutely filthy and if I had seen it prior to going with him I would have ran! No lights, heat or AC. Large open air gaps all around the doors which allows animals in; like my grill when I got it back. If your a slum lord and you are evicting a dead beat tenant and need to move and store junk Glenn is your guy!
Pros: His sales abilities
Cons: Everything else, really
