I was very satisfied with the service I received... The staff was very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me so that I had no questions.

Worst

Seemed to me that the woman who works with Greg needs more experience on the computer. Took far too long to process my simple request of replacing lens on my existing frames.

Always a great experiance 1/5/2012

Doctors and staff are nice, exams are thorough but fast. The only thing that takes time is selecting the perfect frames, so many great ones to chose from. more

I've been going here for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The optometrists, opticians and office staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Dr. Gin and Sarah! more

I've always had only the best experience at Glendale Optometric Center. The coffee maker in the waiting lounge was a real plus. May I suggest providing a creamer and a choice of sugar free sweeteners as well? more

The Best Optometric Practice Around 12/21/2011

From the incredible expertise, professionalism and personal care of Dr. Gin, to the steady and helpful contact care of Dale to the exceptional glasses support of Sarah this practice is the best. We drive 30 miles to go here because they are that good and worth the time. All the staff is competent and friendly to deal with and will work with you to make sense of your insurance and to get your needs taken care of. Thank You! more

It is always hard to find a good doctor and when you can find a GREAT one, I always feel very lucky. I love the Glendale Optometric Center and am so appreciative that my eyes are in good care. I've seen both Dr. Gin and Dr. Nishi and they are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are easy to talk to and they are very good at explaining to you the tests they are taking, the process they are doing when you are having your eye exam and answer any questions you have. It is impressive the credentials both doctors have and it is evident from visiting that they are very passionate about their work. All of the other staff are also very nice and helpful. The reception staff always provide excellent customer service and are happy to look into any questions I have. It is also inspiring all of the community work that both doctors and the office are involved with. It is evident that both doctors and their staff really care about helping their community and their patients. While I live 30 miles away, I don't mind the drive to Glendale Optometric Center as it's always a pleasant and excellent experience. more

Just came in for glasses/frames. Had the exam done somewhere else. I wish there was a bigger selection of women's frames for more affordable prices, especially for customers who do not have insurance. more

Wonderful & Professional 12/3/2011

Dr. Gin was very helpful, and I appreciated her answering questions about my daughters contact lens issues, while they are out of town. The front desk was wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind as always. Sarah was superb at helping me choose the right glasses, and very helpful about understanding just what my insurance covers.
