Dr. Gin does a great job explaining everything and making the appt comfortable. LOVE her. My only complaint is with the "contacts fitting" process. The process is lacking communication and ease, and I am a little put off that it even costs an extra fee just to try out different brands of contacts. In past experiences I've just been given contacts at the end of my appointment, I wear them, and then I place an order. This specialist sat me down and basically told me how much everything would be, and sent me on my way without anything new. He told me he had to order the contacts, and that he would call me but I still haven't heard from him. I'm not happy with this part of the service.
