I was very satisfied with the service I received... The staff was very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me so that I had no questions.

Worst

Seemed to me that the woman who works with Greg needs more experience on the computer. Took far too long to process my simple request of replacing lens on my existing frames.

A friend referred me to this office 15 years ago and the service has always been the same excellent. I no longer work in the area but I still travel 22 miles just to come to this office for the red carpet treatment and the friendly staff. more

I've been coming to Glendale Optometric Center for many years now, and have always had a great experience there. I love that they know me from the moment I walk in, have things ready to go so that I don't have to wait long, and are always so personable and friendly as well as professional and very knowledgeable. While Dr. "D." was so wonderful to have as my eye doctor for many years, Dr. Gin has been amazing since she took over the practice. I consider her a friend as well as a great eye doctor, and I always look forward to catching up with her a bit when I come in for my yearly check-ups. Their sun/eye-glass department is also so friendly and helpful, and they now have Oakley prescription glasses! :-) If you are reading this in hopes of finding a good eye doctor, then look no further! more

Dr. Gin is the best 11/21/2011

I have been a patient of this center for years. I, too, was apprehensive when Dr. DeCroupet retired, but I have to say, Dr. Gin is the best. Technically excellent, with the best "chairside manner" ever. She explains exactly what she is doing, what she is seeing, and what it means. Quality is the watchword with the entire staff. Do not hesitate to make an appointment. more

Attention to detail is important 11/19/2011

Dr. Gin is my family's optometrist, and we all appreciate her knowledge and attention to detail. She spends the time necessary to make sure everything is checked out. That attention to our family is what we experience from all the staff at Glendale Optometric Center. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and makes sure that we get what we need. more

Each time I arrive at Glendale Optometric Center I am greeted by a warm, friendly and professional staff. My insurance changed and I still choose to have my eye care provided by Glendale Optometric Center because of their excellence in patient care. This is just an observation,in all the years I have been your PT ,the technitians never identified thenselves,the receptionist are so much better now ,but for years they com pletely ignored the pt ,I'm very happy to see that change thank you . A grateful patient more

Dr. Nishi was great. This is the second time seeing him and I have no complaints. I highly recommend it! I didn't have to wait a long time. The doctor and assistants seem to work well together, making for an all around good experience. more
