Chandra Thai has a very nice atmosphere, with a lovely outdoor area for a relaxing evening meal. The food was very good, with some of the best curry I've had in L.A. Very good flavors of coconut milk, plus just the right amount of spicy hot, and I didn't even have to ask for it. Most Thai places wimp out on the spice, but Chandra Thai was perfect. My girlfriend enjoyed the BBQ chicken, but the dish comes with nothing other than chicken and sauce. You might want to order a side item for variety if that would bother you. Pros: Good prices, Tasty food, Nice atmosphere Cons: , Parking might be hard more

Chandra Thai has a very nice atmosphere, with a lovely outdoor area for a relaxing evening meal. The food was very good, with some of the best curry I've had in L.A. Very good flavors of coconut milk, plus just the right amount of spicy hot, and I didn't even have to ask for it. Most Thai places wimp out on the spice, but Chandra Thai was perfect. Very nice ambiance, and the service is awesome. They are very friendly. Food is pretty good, but not the best Thai I've ever had. Surprisingly, it's hard to get anything very spicy. They have a nice patio area, btw, that is very nice on a hot evening. Pad thai, veggie springrolls, chicken satay, papaya pok pok all recommended. Decent curry, too. We tried the bbq beef once, and the beef was too tough. Prices are a little high, but not a pocket book breaker. Pros: Neat setting. more
