Superior Service 9/24/2011

Very efficient and helpful. My air went out on a Friday night and it was 90 degress outside. Rachael went above and beyond trying to get us help. Pat was at our house at 8 the next moring and had us up and running again. I highly recommended this company. They are a superior company with excellant service. more

Another 5 star experience with Gilmore- this time it was a major system replacement and the price was even better than I thought it would be. It ends up I needed a whole new system with it came with a warranty on the compressor -- it was a great deal. I couldn't be happier. Cody is a good guy, a pleasure to do business with. Above and beyond. 8/29/2011

Gilmore Solar Heating Air Conditioning have gone out of their way to help me in the time that they have worked for me. I have been with them for a few years now. They contacted me at a time when I was not pleased with my current heating and air company, so I switched to them. I liked Gilmore immediately, and have used them ever since. Every one of them has been courteous and kind to me--the whole bit. Another thing I like about Gilmore is that they come through on everything they say they will do. They put a heater in last year, and it has been working great. This year, they put in a new air conditioner which I'm also pleased with. One time, when they were out for service, I had a dryer vent hose that was loose and they even fixed that for me. I'm elderly, and really do appreciate it. recommended repairs resulting from a/c heating system inspection 8/15/2011

Joshua Courtney performed a system inspection at my home today(8/15/11). Repairs were recommended based on that inspection. I did not hesitate in authorizing the repairs due solely to the performance of Joshua. He is professional, courteous, conscientious,and does business with a smile. He instills confidence in your company with his excellent customeer service attitude, his knowledge and his ability to clearly explain his recommendations to the customer. Joshua is an outstanding representative of your company, and the reason I won't hesitate to patronize Gilmore in the future. Thank You, Joshua, for exceeding my expectations. The convenience of quick service offset by high costs and lack of dispatch follow-through. 8/11/2011

After not giving me a time of day of when a technician was to arrive, I left my cell phone number with the promise that I could be on site in 15 min. At the end of the day, I called back to see what was happening as I had not heard from anyone. They had left two messages for me at my home phone and had written down an incorrect cell phone number. I could either continue waiting until 8 pm or have service the next morning. In the morning instead of calling ahead as promised, Ryan showed up at my door. On coming and going into the house - he never had the courtesy of knocking, but walked in and out at will. Upon giving me pricing for the service, I was only offered the top club membership and no other possibilities. So, I paid $400 for 15 minutes of actual service. more

The first tech was unable to fix the A/C problem so they sent in the BIG GUN, He arrived the same day and was very informative and professional and was able to fix the A/C - Yes !! Thanks again Gilmore Heating & Air. more

Saved us a ton of money. 7/27/2011

We had Gilmore come out because we had gotten a new air conditioning and cheating unit and we were having problems with it taking a long time for the house to cool down and heat up. The people who put in the system put it in incorrectly, so Gilmore fixed that and the results have been saving us a ton of money. It used to run all the time trying to get to the right temperature. more

They Take Pride in Their Work 7/27/2011

A couple months ago, I had my air conditioning unit tuned for the summer. Cody Richardson was the technician that performed the service. Cody was very professional, taking great pride in his work. He is extremely knowledgeable about the company and went to great lengths to explain the services provided by Gilmore. It was very evident that he is proud of the company and the fact that he is an employee of Gilmore. He was very respectful to us, and I appreciated that he also treated our home with respect. He has excellent communication skills, he kept my full attention during his explanations. Gilmore is very fortunate to have this young man in their employ. more
