A couple months ago, I had my air conditioning unit tuned for the summer. Cody Richardson was the technician that performed the service. Cody was very professional, taking great pride in his work. He is extremely knowledgeable about the company and went to great lengths to explain the services provided by Gilmore. It was very evident that he is proud of the company and the fact that he is an employee of Gilmore. He was very respectful to us, and I appreciated that he also treated our home with respect. He has excellent communication skills, he kept my full attention during his explanations. Gilmore is very fortunate to have this young man in their employ.
