After not giving me a time of day of when a technician was to arrive, I left my cell phone number with the promise that I could be on site in 15 min. At the end of the day, I called back to see what was happening as I had not heard from anyone. They had left two messages for me at my home phone and had written down an incorrect cell phone number. I could either continue waiting until 8 pm or have service the next morning. In the morning instead of calling ahead as promised, Ryan showed up at my door. On coming and going into the house - he never had the courtesy of knocking, but walked in and out at will. Upon giving me pricing for the service, I was only offered the top club membership and no other possibilities. So, I paid $400 for 15 minutes of actual service.
