Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

I have had Getzschman Heating do work for the past 30 to 40 years, and I am extremely satisfied. I knew both the father and the grandfather of the current manager. We got our AC from them, our heat pump from them, and I am just very pleased with the customer service and the people. They are very professional. more

Very pleased. 9/6/2012

We had to take out an old converted coal furnace and replace it with a new one. Getzschman Heating took the big thing out for us and replaced it. They did such a good job, and pretty quickly. more

Always on time, technicians always very neat. 8/31/2012

We moved here in 2004, and have used Getzschman for service and a new furnace and heat pump. We tried one other company and weren't happy with the technician. more

We just enjoy Getzschman Heating. The servicemen they sent out have been delightful. They have always solved our problems, and they are there on time for the scheduled check ups for our air and furnace in the spring and fall. more

Getzschman was fast and enjoyable to work with. 8/27/2012

They got the whole thing done pretty quickly. I called them the night before, and they came out and met with us the next day. The installation got done that same week. They came on time, actually before they said they would, and had the air conditioning installation done by 3 pm in the afternoon on Friday. Everyone else quoted me Monday or Tuesday, so it was nice to have the installation done before the weekend. They were efficient, nice, and done on time. more

Well, we've always had very good service people here from Getzschman. They are very professional, informative, and they do great business when they come. always been v profess very good representatives that come here spring check up and winter check up excellent all the way around a little surprised annual fee is a bit high Getzschman Heating have always been very professional when we have worked with them. They have very good representatives that come here, they do a spring check up and winter check up for us. They are excellent all around. When we built our house, our contractor and architect both recommended Getzschman Heating because we wanted a system that used geothermal well to heat and cool our house. Getzschman Heating were apparently the best in town for that kind of job. My experience working with them has been perfect, no problems at all. more

Excellent!! 4/20/2012

We woke up one morning and it was cold. It was three days before Christmas. We called Getzschman Heating and they came out. They found cracks in our old furnace and it had to be replaced. They said that there would be somebody out within an hour to talk to us about ta new furnace. They came and told us that they checked and would be able to install it the next morning. They gave us space heaters to use overnight, and were out the next morning. Getzschman Heating covered the carpet going down the basement with plastic and were very efficient! They did the job and by 11 o'clock, we had heat! As far as getting us the help right away, it was excellent! more
