Unbelievable! I am so aggravated!!! Gennaro's ruined my claim with my insurance company, they lied about our water heater, I cant understand why they would do that? Do they not want to do the work or what? Then they accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud!! This is the ugliest thing! I cannot believe I pay good money for my insurance to have a company like this involved in my home welfare! My insurance company needs to get them off their list! Horrible horrible people! They lie and cheat their customers of warranty claims. Do they get paid for this by someone? more

This company defines your worst fears of a plumbing company. They dont call back and a joke for customer service. Seriously, use your Uncle before having this company come out...joke! They are terrible...just read everyone else...you will see.\r Eric more

REVOKE FRANK GENNARO'S LICENCE!!!\r \r Used this company through my home warranty. This was THE WORST plumbing company I have ever used. \r \r They came to fix a shower valve and diverter. Upon FRANK inspecting the shower, he told me that he had a matching diverter at his office and that he would ""be right back"". He never came back. I called and spoke to PATRICIA who said she would check with him and call me back. Never heard from her again until I called her 2 days later. \r \r PATRICIA was extremely rude and worst of all, promised me a call back - but didn't call. After a week of dealing with this awful ""company"" and getting no answers, I called my home warranty company. The home warranty company told me that Frank called them and said it was ""faulty installation"", therefore it would not be covered. \r \r First of all, the shower has been working for five years - how could that be a faulty install? \r \r I ended up ordering replacement parts from the manufacturer. I called PATRICIA and asked her if they would install these when they came in. She assured me ""yes, we would be happy to"". Then the parts come in, I call Patricia, and she tells me ""she'll check and she will call me back by 5 PM"". NO CALL. Then I called her again and asked her if they were going to do the job - she lost it. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, called me names. \r \r Here's the funny part: I got a new plumber to come out from the home warranty company. He replaced it in less than 30 minutes on his first visit and it works perfectly. \r \r AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE AWFUL, THEY ARE RUDE, FRANK GENNARO SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENCE, AND PAT SHOULD BE FIRED!!! more

These are not really plumbers, only cheap sub standard companies like AHS use them to deny customer claims, they come in lie and exaggerate about the issue to help insurance companies deny claims. Search the web and you will find so many people complaining the same thing. more

They are the worst at keeping up with their schedules. It has been a week now and they have been giving excuses for why they have not been able to make their appointments. I just finished talking to another company and they sounded more professional than this company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pros: receptionist is nice Cons: they can't keep their appointments, even after a week. more

Would use them again. They always answer the phones, but messages are not relayed always. Could do better there. more
