REVOKE FRANK GENNARO'S LICENCE!!!\r

Used this company through my home warranty. This was THE WORST plumbing company I have ever used. \r

They came to fix a shower valve and diverter. Upon FRANK inspecting the shower, he told me that he had a matching diverter at his office and that he would ""be right back"". He never came back. I called and spoke to PATRICIA who said she would check with him and call me back. Never heard from her again until I called her 2 days later. \r

PATRICIA was extremely rude and worst of all, promised me a call back - but didn't call. After a week of dealing with this awful ""company"" and getting no answers, I called my home warranty company. The home warranty company told me that Frank called them and said it was ""faulty installation"", therefore it would not be covered. \r

First of all, the shower has been working for five years - how could that be a faulty install? \r
\r
I ended up ordering replacement parts from the manufacturer. I called PATRICIA and asked her if they would install these when they came in. She assured me ""yes, we would be happy to"". Then the parts come in, I call Patricia, and she tells me ""she'll check and she will call me back by 5 PM"". NO CALL. Then I called her again and asked her if they were going to do the job - she lost it. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, called me names. \r

Here's the funny part: I got a new plumber to come out from the home warranty company. He replaced it in less than 30 minutes on his first visit and it works perfectly. \r

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE AWFUL, THEY ARE RUDE, FRANK GENNARO SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENCE, AND PAT SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
