Unbelievable! I am so aggravated!!! Gennaro's ruined my claim with my insurance company, they lied about our water heater, I cant understand why they would do that? Do they not want to do the work or what? Then they accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud!! This is the ugliest thing! I cannot believe I pay good money for my insurance to have a company like this involved in my home welfare! My insurance company needs to get them off their list! Horrible horrible people! They lie and cheat their customers of warranty claims. Do they get paid for this by someone?
