Repeated misinformation and upselling 9/16/2013

The service advisors continually upsell, including products that I do not need like high priced worthless engine additives and they're ignorant in telling me that my manual transmission and torque converter need an oil change. News flash! Manual trans don't have torque converters... more

Sales and Service is what they do 9/10/2013

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership over the years and I just don't car shop anywhere else anymore. They make purchasing a car easy. I ALWAYS Look for Robert Schlopy! Great folks that do great service work as well. Of course the only work I've ever needed done was routine maintenance, but it's easy in and out for oil changes and all the coffee you can drink if you wanna wait. The BEST Dealership I have ever been too and they seem to just keep getting better every time I go there. Honest Sales Folks who make buying a new car fun to do (like it should be). Excellent Service People who KNOW the meaning of Service. I've done business with them for almost a decade. There are NONE better than these! more

They dont fix there manufacture defects that there paint specialist stated was a bad job off the line !! 8/21/2013

I would never recommend anyone to buy from these crooks !! I have a car thats 3 yrs old and the underlying coat wont hold paint so paints peeling off car so there trying to say its not under warranty cause its past 36,000 miles , but there paint guy whom they sent me to said this is there warranty issue and was a manufacturing defect and the car would have to be grinded all the way to metal and start over cause no paint will take . more
